At Modehouse, every timepiece is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and precision. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, protective covers, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased under special promotions

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at modehouse26@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not ship any item back before receiving confirmation from our team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model, please email modehouse26@gmail.com and our team will guide you through the process, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
